Another Way to Avoid the Holiday Pounds

Ok, in case you didn’t see my post yesterday, this week I am giving tips about how to avoid the 7-12 pounds weight gain that many people experience during the holidays.

Hopefully 2014 has been a great year for your physical fitness and now is no time to get off the wagon and ruin your great results.  You will definitely be tempted by tons of great food, so here is how to minimize the damage.

Today’s hot tip….

Eat Protein and Veggies First.  Turkey and chicken are great choices for protein and all of the fibrous green vegetables are great to make you feel satisfied.  Eat these first so you eat less of the bad stuff.  You will feel better the next day, trust me!
