How to Beat Holiday Weight Gain

Happy Monday!

It’s hard to believe that 2014 is almost gone! I don’t know about you but it seems like the year flew by in the blink of an eye.

I’m not sure if you know it but the average American gains between 7 to 12 pounds during the holidays! I for one don’t want to be average, what about you?

Well, there are several strategies you can use to avoid the dreaded gain. I will send them to you over the next few days leading up to Thanksgiving.

Today’s hot tip….

Keep Up Your Exercise. Sounds obvious, but many people stop their program during holidays because of family visitors and or travel. No matter what you have to do, keep on moving during this time. You can do bodyweight exercises or even make family members go for a walk or jog with you.  Whatever you do, do something! Email me if you need some exercises. 🙂
