These workouts are designed to work your body from head to toe in a safe, effective manner.  Various levels of difficulty are given for many of the exercises and they generally require minimal  equipment. I began recording workouts during the Covid-19 quarantine, so many of them use household items instead of pieces of equipment you may find at a gym.  

I encourage you to work at a level of intensity that feels right for you.  Generally, the “talk test” is a good indicator of when you should tone things down a bit.  This is when you are breathing so heavily that you can’t have a brief conversation. If you get to this point, always feel free to stop & catch your breath before continuing with the workout.
