What Is Center Fit ?
CROSS TRAINING: An integrated training approach that includes elements of flexibility, cardio respiratory, core, balance, power and resistance training. It is performed in an interval-style format with modifications and progressions to provide the appropriate challenge for individual clients
PILATES: An exercise system focused on improving flexibility, strength and body awareness. Mat class consists of performing a series of controlled movements on the floor. Pilates is a resistance exercise, not aerobic; and focuses on core strength and spinal alignment.
KETTLE BELLS: Build balance, power and muscle while getting a great metabolic and aerobic workout. Appropriate for men and women of all levels of fitness.
CENTER FIT LITe: A starting point for individuals who wish to transition from a sedentary to a more physically active style of living. This class offers a gradual introduction to flexibility, cardio respiratory, core, balance, agility and resistance training. Exercise modifications and progressions are provided to appropriately challenge individual clients
PERSONAL TRAINING: Individual and small group personal training designed to achieve individual fitness goals. We use a systematic and progressive programming model called the Optimal Performance Training (OPT) model developed by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
